I have a Samsung Galaxy Active 2. Over the last few days, my app tells me the app has no internet connection. The star just spins on the random watchface spot.
Seen a post that said maybe a server issue?
I can still.sync watch faces from the main app on my phone.

It’s a server error from your supplier. Faces are synced over Bluetooth.

Yes i know it uses blutooth. Seen a post from a few years ago that facer said it was on thier end. Was wondering if thats the case again.

Welcome @mtbonica80 . I am not getting a sync between Facer & and Samsung Galaxy Active . I was trying to check a User Problem . Looks like anything that has not got WOS3 on board has been Dumped . I hope it is just a Glitch .
Did you get the App update to 7?

OK got it now . Reinstall the Companion app on your watch from your Phone . All good now.

My watch is WOS2 - woke up this morning to find that digital time had disappeared on both active and dim displays. Possibly part of the same glitch that @russellcresser mentions. Seems ok now.
