All of a sudden my face is not showing. Just grey numbers for time and black background. Try to set face get message “one more step”. Tap “got it” and then back to the beginning and repeat. Tried setting face from phone app, same thing.

Hey @thomas_jessee Reinstall your Companion App from Facer Settings on your Phone . Best bet is to uninstall it from your watch first . Which Watch do you Have .
Galaxy 4. Tried all that. No after the loading animation and “one more step” it doesn’t even show facer as an option. Even when trying to set one from the watch app.

Since you have the GW4 watch, make sure you have the companion app set up in your watch. Next use the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone to select Facer as your watchface. Then click on the face in your watch so that the phone app can see that the companion app is active. After that it should work for you. Until the phone app sees activity from the watch app you will get the “one more step” message. The GW4 and GW5 watches seem more sensitive to that than the Tizen and older WearOS2 watches are.

Thanks that did it. Had to restore purchases and then set it from the phone app.
