Not able to get local weather conditions

Any of the faces I choose will not show me the local weather conditions. I have the setting set up to update every 15 minutes but no luck. Any help?

Try launching the app on your phone and let it connect to your watch. Then wake your watch and give it a sec. It should pop up the weather.

Even in the app the local conditions don’t show up.

I will add that this isn’t specific to this face. All other faces that show show the local temperature are blank.

I’m not sure what’s going on then. I’d try to contact Facer for support on your specific device maybe?
