Have been raising multiple support tickets since few days for getting a refund of my premium subscription. Haven’t received any response yet.
Any other way to reach support to get help? Chat option?
I found sending another msg through submit a request quoting the ticket number…then wait a day and send another request with both ticket numbers… and keep doing that and sooner rather than later they get the idea they cant ignore you, and you wont go away so they answer. Its important to remember that no member of staff care at all about your problem, so make a problem for them by annoying them as it will make them care to get rid of you.
First of all, that may be interpreted spam so their filters may automatically remove duplicates from the same member. They will never see your messages if that happens.
Second, it is not true that no member of staff cares at all about your problem. It is a small staff. They have to keep up with changes by watches that are supported. I know that it is frustrating to have to wait. They will get to your issue, but it will take time.
Did you send your request using the https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/categories/360000027254-FAQ form or did you send an email?
Have you tried contacting them on the Facer Facebook page? That might help.
Yes I sent an email and raised a ticket as well. Got a response which was not associated with the question I asked. Hope I get the desired reply and solution soon.
As long as you sent your request from the facer.io form that separates correspondence into categories it should have been assigned to a staff member.
