I normally use facer.io , but I’m offline, with no internet for 3 months every year doing the grand tour. Ive read many posts here about not using the app but using facer.io instead. I have often wondered what are the disadvantages and are there any workarounds?
I’m starting to get withdrawal symptoms from facer.io so any help would be appreciated
I don’t know whether the non-browser tool can work off-line, but it for sure was outdated (not fully functional) last time I checked.
I tried the Download Version of Creator . The biggest bit of Bloat Ware I ever came across . Any work you have done is still saved on the Cloud . Marvin in L.A. looks after it . He does that after he has sorted out the online Stuff .
May I recomend you Build Faces on WFS . Your resources will port Well to Facer . The Formulas are remarkably Similar and port Easily . All Faces are stored on Your System .
At least you will be Making . When you get near a WiFi you can pop them on your watch without Connecting a Platform . Laptop to Watch Direct . Peer to Peer I think they call it . Alternatively just keep building your Graphics skills .
