Oneplus Watch 2R - cant connect to account

Im trying to set up facer to run on a oneplus watch2r, the app says log in on your phone to access your account/open facer app.
I do that and the facer app opens on my phone , followed by nothing, repeat the process, re boot still the same.
I’ve read that facer is being closed down on Wear Os as the developers do not want to support wear OS devices, however as far as i know this is only for wear OS 5 and above, my OnePlus watch is on wear OS4 - could it be that new installations are no longer permitted?

If so then how do you cancel to prevent any chance of an auto renew for a service thats not supported on my hardware?

Looks like you are wearing one of Darios Faces on your watch . Have you sorted the Problem . You could try Updating your watch software . Have you got ONEPLUS selected in the facer app as your watch .

Watch software, latest version, app un installed and re-installed
not sure what Darios Faces are, oneplus watch on one of the defaults, and the facer app on the watch won’t register to my account /sync with my account

Is this not you . The face shown indicates to me that it is on your watch however the watch selected is a Pixel Watch not the OnePlus .

There’s one little final step that’s easy to miss once the Facer face has been set up that is easy to forget. Long press the face to make Facer the actual watch Face. I always forget it and get stuck in a loop after not switching from Facer for an age or getting a new watch.

Right . Creator says that it is capable of making faces for RTOS which is the OS of the OnePlus Watch 2 . However all I have seen shown on watches on youtube are the Paid \ Shaders that are published separately on the Google store under Facer’s name . These are made by the senior Partners and it is not possible to Make them Even if you pay for Pro . It is quite possible they are WFF ( Watch Face Format ) There is a lot of exclusivity up the Top End of Facer . I would love to help but I have a feeling that you will have to contact Facer Directly and Wait . I will ask you to try this Very Basic face that is one of the Facer Templates . I think it is possible that RTOS will not show all the Bits that Creator has . I will take the face down soon enough if you are not interested .

No success, the watch app under the my favourites states "log in on your phone to access your favourite faces and an open facer app option, tapping on the either causes the facer app to flash on the phone or open if not already and from there nothing happens.
on the watch facer app it offers premium faces included in the subscription as paid/trial only

OK . I have two watches with Face on . A Samsung and an OPPO . When I sync a Face It appears on both watches and I have seperate accounts for both . I think you have to try Uninstall Facer temporarily from your Ticwatch . Maybe if you are serious do a RESET on the OnePlus . We have to be quite Committed to get these things working properly. But I am just guessing . I get these things to work for me somehow . Sadly my efforts are undocumented . Trial and Error they call it . You final alternative is to contact Facer . I think Facer jumped into bed with RTOS but forgot that there are actually more than Three in the Bed and Those Two are not Getting It ON .

I wad thinking of purchasing a second user R2 . They want £130 a new one cots £160 . Amazon say kt has a WOS OS . Well as far as I know that is Bollox . I need somone to confirm that OnePlus Watch R2 is RTOS . Bit having said that may be RTOS is just the LCD Layer .

Ooh. I remember looking at that when it came out but didn’t realise it was that one when the thread started.

A BES 2700 MCU Efficiency chipset runs RTOS, a simplified battery-saving operating system. This piece handles the basic watch functions such as background operations, the display, notifications, exercise tracking, sleep tracking, and calls. The OnePlus Watch 2R switches between the two as needed in the background.

So it seems that RTOS can be used on either screen depending on other finctionality needed such as GPS etc.

Uninstalled facer from watch(es) uninstalled app, re-installed and it still doesnt work, go to options, my faces/favourites and an open on phone icon appears, the app loads on phone and nothing happens. Despite a subscription the app ( on the watch) is now wanting additional payment for faces on top of the subscription fee - Preview mode, triple tap to unlock and pay an additional fee

There is a QR code option in the settings on the watch where it asks you to scan this using the Facer app on the phone, but no option within the facer app to scan a QR code

Why is this so hard? or am i wasting my time with an app that no longer works?

Were you in a situation where you only had facer on the 2R . Did you Reset it ? Ignore the Subscription and Paid apps . I published a Free very Basic face for you to test . You really have to start at the bottom with the basics . Where are you getting Facer from ?

Facer was downloaded from google play on both oneplus 13 and watch 2R.
uninstalled it, re installed it, phone first, watch first.

Tried the QR code, but there is no option with the app to scan “Scan this QR code using the Facer app to eb able to sync even more faces to your watch”

On the watch app under options, the my favourites the following happens, tap on my favourites where it says open facer app, the watch says continue on your phone, the phone app for a split second shows a loading icon (?) then that goes away and the thing still doesnt work.
