If you pay for PRO, you can add “interactive features”, whereby the user can tap the watch for shortcuts, color choices and more - see attached.
The user must subscribe to “premium” to upload and use your face.

As @thomasfmal has mentioned. To include a Customisable Complication in your Face you will Also need a PRO account subscription . Premium is for Syncing Pro And Premium Faces . If it is an app for watches that is on the Google Store you can run it on your watch from a Custom Comp .
I do not see apps for Instagram or WhatsApp .
