I purchached a watch face, but the watch face keeps demo modes, and in the app it also shows that i have to buy it (again!!).
What to do?

Welcome to the Community Peter, and I’m sorry you’re having this problem. All I could suggest is to contact the Watch Face designer directly, if you can, otherwise contact @Facer_Official via email here - facer-support@little-labs.com
You could also try restarting your Watch and/or Phone.
For premium issues where you can only access free faces you need to contact @Facer_Official at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new or email them at: facer-support@little-labs.com
Same concept though. If he had to pay for it, then it’s a premium face.
