I have had remarkably few Syncs on the Faces I imported from WFS . I get more syncs Publishing a Facer Template with no Changes apart from dealing with the Leading Zero that is broken .
I do not agree with that either. In the past we have talked multiple times about businesses and hiring needs. In my world demeanor and tone of comments in community posts are considered as well when vetting for positions.
Seems like you donāt agree to a lot of things that people say around here.

Actually, your premise is objectively wrong. When WearOS 6 became available on Facer bringing in WFF format after a year absence from the new Samsung watches, Facer made a calculated move to bring in some of the top designers from the Google Play store in order to bring attention back to Facer from the huge market for which it was unavailable for more than a year. Smart move for the continued strength and growth of the platform. (this was all talked about here at the time when similar complaints were made). Shortly after that initial batch of new partners, facer brought in another (even larger) round of new partners. This time it WAS from within the Facer community of designers. Many of the newbies were/are active participants here in this forum. āthatās why they promote outside of Facerā that doesnāt even make sense. Because they donāt care about loyal users they promote outside? Out of spite? What exactly is your reasoning here?
I donāt agree with a number of Facerās decisions or choices either, but I do know they are 100% committed to the health and growth of the platform and make decisions solely towards that goal.

I have been a Facer user for about a year now and a Partner for a few months, and overall I am very satisfied. It is actually a relatively small team, yet they manage to achieve a lot. Of course there is always room for improvement, but honestly, which company does not have that. Communication has been solid overall and the product itself is impressive and keeps evolving. What I especially appreciate is the effort to support as many different watch software and hardware platforms as possible. All in all, a good product with a passionate team behind it.

Debate is good. Discussion forums would be boring if everyone agreed. The key is to not get snarky about it, or make statements that cannot be supported by documentation or otherwise. That is not to say that your proof has to be posted in public. Just make sure your statements are correct or they might be taken as fact when they are simply opinion. That can be damaging to a business. One example would be recent posts in the Facebook group that declare emphatically that Facer is a āscamā. Not only does Facer not meet the definition of a scam but just because something does not work well for you is no reason to call it a āscamā and jump to conclusions. We could go more off topic by harkening back to the mid '90ās when people called computers āevilā and a āscamā, but I think Iāve made my point.

@russellcresser Please donāt lose heart. This forum has always been about the collective growth of its designers. None of usāpast or presentāreached where we are today without the formulas, techniques, and shared knowledge found right here.
Collaboration isnāt a shortcut; itās how this community has functioned for years. Whether itās sharing a complex string of code or helping a peer navigate new software like WFS, that teamwork is what keeps Facer evolving.
We should be encouraging every designer who puts in the long hours to master these tools and improve the platform. When one of us succeeds through hard work and shared learning, itās a win for the whole community. Letās keep pushing for transparency and supporting each otherāthatās what makes a healthy platform.

Absolutely. Facer cares deeply about its user base (the wouldnāt exist without it) and trying to get more people in is how to support a healthy ecosystem. Additionally, the vast majority (all until recently) of partners were identified via their Facer output and/ or their contributions to the community.

I totally Agreeā¦ Letās get back to topic. Iām looking forward to finding the answer to Russellās question but not in this thread. We actually need to be helping each other find the way instead of telling people to ignore the GPS and trust the person behind the curtain.

Thank you . I am guessing QA is some sort of Training Method . Sadly there are a few makers who publish stuff like that for no other reason but to try get followers and syncs . I can not find any on the Fresh Faces now so that is good. Can I ask is FacerUser-c9d9b0 one of your Tester Accounts ?

QA - Quality Assurance. Simply said checking things are working the way they should. QC - Quality Control is another way of saying inspection ie checking that the specified requirements are met.
