So I have had Facer for about 3 years now and really enjoy it, but lately it seems that I’m charged $4.99 or $5.99 every single time I download a new face. I am a premium user and pay monthly, however there are definitely way more of these charges from my account than just once a month for which I signed up for. Does anyone have any advice or know how to get ahold of anyone with the company? I really don’t think this is a problem coming from apple itself, so I think it would be a waste of time to call them. If you know anything or have had issues of the same sort please help just point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved.

Welcome @calverybailee. You could make it clear that you are talking about Apple Watch. You will have to check your account to see what you are charged for. Some faces have a one off charge. You own those for ever. Facer Premium is paid monthly or yearly. You mught have signed up for Facer Pro which is a Makers thing. If you are not a Maker. You don’t need that. There is a one time payment for Facer Plus. to get rid of Advertising.
Yuo will have to check with Facer what you are being charged for.
