and the phone battery isn’t updating.
Why this is happening?
The phone battery has been a hit or miss data point for years on Facer. Try restarting both your watch and phone and see if it straightens up. But be forewarned, even if it starts working it will not stay updated to your phone, but it will stay within 5%. The phone battery does not update as often as the watch battery does. Also, if you use an iPhone it probably won’t start working, because of Apple.
