Hello, I found a watch face called go&run which I really like but unfortunately the phone battery level doesn’t always show up. It appears as two dashes. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. Doesn’t seem to help if I change watch faces, restart the phone or watch or resync
I’ve had issues with data not displaying on occasion. What usually works for me is, once you have your face selected, launch the Samsung app on your phone, let it connect and sync to your watch. Give it a sec. Then wake your watch and give it another sec, then the info should populate and display. If you’re having the same issue with other faces, then it’s not an issue with the face.
