Hi there. Have been using the Facer app for a few days now and created a watch face that I really like! I love the phone battery complication very useful however, it doesn’t seem to update much at all and sometimes doesn’t update at all.
Phone is a Galaxy S20 5G and the watch is the Galaxy Watch3 Bluetooth version.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The phone battery percentage doesn’t update as often as the watch battery one does. This tends to make people think that it isn’t working or updating. From what I’ve seen on my watches, it acts like it only updates 2 or three times an hour. What you will want to do is when using an Android phone is turn off “Adaptive Battery” or at least make an exception for the Facer app so it won’t put it to sleep where it won’t update.
Thanks for the reply. I had noticed that it would update a few times an hour (usually every 10 - 15 mins) but this would soon get more sporadic before having to re apply the face. I have turned this setting off and have re applied the watch face so will see how it goes this time!
