Cool . I am getting a good handle on what you are doing . You could easily make that Gif in Creator. You can add images one at a Time there .
So I have got that One Piece on my watch now . I had Facer set to my other watch . This one is a GW4 . you might recognise it .

Apart from the Issue with Creator which will be down to the Bot that runs the Server in L.A. ( Marvin ) .
Have you done a Two button Reboot on your Watch . I often get Problems on my watch developing stuff . I generally keep very few Faces on my watch . Try having a clear out then a reboot .
