I sync drafts from web or app with no problem. I haven’t loaded Facer on my Samsung watch yet since I almost never use it, but it would we the same (phone) app so I would be surprised if it was any different.

you can sync your drafts from your android app, I do it all the time, just go to the watchbox tab, and then My Creations.
