For me, leading zero always. It just looks aesthetically better in my opinion. I use the standard #DbZ# and always publishes fine for wff.

the 24 hr “HHportion” failed. I think I’ll have to split up the formula. just do a regular 12 hour formula element for the HH portion and then add a 24 hour HH portion on top that disappears when 12 hour. see if that works.
