Cant activate premium after purchase

Reboot your watch and phone. Make sure you are showing as a Premium member. Please see this page: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/categories/360000024933-Purchases.
If that does not work, remove facer from your phone, reinstall it and restart both your watch and phone. That does not solve your problem, please log a support request with the Facer guys at:
facer-support@little-labs.com. They will work with you to fix the problem.
