Premium issues since renewal

I have been a subscriber for over a year. When my subscription renewed, it shows that I have premium access, but it still wants to charge me. I have removed the app and reinstalled, but same issue. I am able to load free faces on my watch, but it wants a payment method for premium faces. If this can’t be fixed, refund my subscription.

Hi Melissa! Welcome to the community! have you tried settings>applications>facer>clear cache and data? Try this, then you will need to log in again, if that does not fix it, make sure your account is premium, if yes, and still not working, try to send a support request on
