I just paid for premium and then bought a new phone and now it doesn’t work. It tells me I have premium and that it’s activated but It charges for everything. Please help

Welcome @tymcpherson82 . Sorry but despite the Category saying Support there is nothing that we in the Public Forum can actually do about your Problem other than offer you Sympathy . Often we can get some response form Facer by Invoking them on here with @Facer_Official . However in this case you will have to Email facer-support@little-labs.com . They will sort it for you .
