Premium Subscription

I need help!! I subscribed to Facer Premium yearly. I upgraded my phone a few months later, after I did, my facer app no longer recognizes that I have subscribed.
I have done everything I know to do. I have uninstalled the app. Clicked unsubscribe and resubscribe. Can anyone help? This is 40 dollars a year I don’t want to go to waste

Are you logged into the same Google Play account / Apple-Id?
