When you create a watchface its always free, How to create a premium watchface or charge for a watchface?

I was wondering how to sell a watch face on Facer? And how the premium watch faces are selected as a paid one. Do i need to request you to make a certain watch face of mine as a paid one before publishing it?? or whats the procedure?
