According to the website on my laptop, I don’t have Pro access, what gives? I have Facer Pro on my Samsung Galaxy A21 5G FE, and I can’t access the pro feature for watch creation.

I’m going to “assume” that you purchased the Facer Premium upgrade for your watch and phone. That is not the same thing as Facer Pro in the Facer Creator. I’ve seen a few people that have had that happen to them. You might check on your phone and see if it says you have “Premium”. If you do have Pro then contact @Facer_Official at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new or email them at: facer-support@little-labs.com

The wording to pay attention to is:
‘Facer Premium’: Get all the paid faces free.
‘Creator Pro’: Use additional creation features when making your own faces.
