I don’t know if the problem has already been treated, but after upgrading to Wear Os3, in my Fossil Gen6 I do not display the steps with any watchface.
Obviously I downloaded Google Fit on the watch but I see the counters always empty.
Even other users who have updated these days encounter the same problem as me. Is there any specific operation to do?

I have indeed the same issue with my Fossil Gen6 after upgrading to Wear Os3.

I would suggest you contact Facer Support by emailing them at: facer-support@little-labs.com They will want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having so they can investigate what might be going on.
