I have problems with the refreshment of features in my apple wacth. They have worked correctly for some days, refreshing every aprox. 15 minutes but suddenly it has stopped syncing as if it was blocked. The only solution I’ve found has been eliminating the facer app and downloading it again. It has worked for a day but it’s frozen again.
It would be great if someone can help me.

Make sure you have the latest software update installed (although I think some features only work on Series 7), or maybe try restarting your Watch and Phone, that helps sometimes.
