Progress bar construction....!

I tried, but when I couldn’t do it, I wanted to get your opinion.
I wanted to make a progress bar like in the picture.
I can do this as 10 images with 10% advance.
What I want is to do this with a single color or gradient effect.
If possible, do this
I ask my friend who will help me for details.

Just place a progress bar in the back and rotate it -90 (minus 90).

Fill ratio for heart:
(clamp(#ZHR#, 0, 200)/200)

Rotation: -90
