Purchased face not in watch box


I purchased a watch face today, got the google play store confirmation email, but I cannot find it, it’s not in watch box/favorites/purchased?

Also, the app seems to have completely reset on my watch, Gear S3, now I have zero watch faces.

When I try to restore from my watch it says ‘continue on phone’ but nothing pops up and nothing on the facer app on the phone helps.

Any help appreciated.
