I purchased a premium 1 year membership last night and it kept saying that the order was being processed and would be available shortly and now it is not showing as if i purchased it as it is trying to charge the full price. The order has been processed as it withdrew the money from my bank. How do i get this fixed? I have already filled out a Ticket already but have not heard anything
