Difficult with such a Colour full Background . You could have a white Duplicate behind and do a quick Flash / Fade on it . Might make it a bit more readable . Or a Fading Glow to Outline them . I know you did not Ask , Sorry .

Popping a white stroke effect (or whatever creates most contrast) on the text could help with readability

We tend to avoid the Text Effects ever since we found out that they’re not working on a lot of Watches, but yes, it is a good idea

You can get the same effect sometimes by duplicating the text layer, making the bottom layer slightly bigger and changing its colour
