OK, I have to get rid of something now.
I have Facer Premium.
For me, many watch faces are not shown as free, but for purchase.
I wrote to support and they wrote me back that they wanted proof of screenshots.
So far so good.
Now it is 4 weeks ago and I have asked once a week by email that you correct this error and send me a confirmation that something will being done.
No reaction since the 4 weeks.
This is not customer support.
Under these circumstances it annoys me that I have an annual subscription.
As a result, you lost me as a customer.
The community is so great, and didn’t deserve such treatment.
