Need help!

Even with the issue number 2 tested concerning the red sync icon it stills the same problem for 5 days now. Facer is installed on my phone but nothing on my watch. Support told me to install the watch app but when i go to playstore it is written that it is already installed. In my phone ok but nothing on the watch . Could you send us a link so as to install facer gear companion for the watch.
Samsung s7 edge and gear s2. Many Thanks
