I refer to the Settings (gear icon) at the top of the creator when you’re editing a watchface. I always have to remember to disable “Snap to grid” before touching anything every time I open a watchface to edit, else I end up messing up items’ positioning. It would be convenient if it would save our last settings configuration so we didn’t have to change it every time. If this isn’t possible in the browser then it could at least be a feature in the new creator application for Windows.
Creator now remembers canvas settings, including Snap to grid, in the same browser. This is present by version 6.2.4: turn it off in Canvas Settings and it stays off when you reopen a design. Clearing browser storage will reset those preferences.
