Reorder not working in IE and Crome

Help the reorder don’t work any more in IE and Chrome.
On another PC it does work

Sorry for the inconvenience but it has been resolved.
But it is sorting (re-order) of the layers that suddenly no longer worked.
On my other PC it is.
I restarted my PC and then the problem was solved.
Very strange.
