Samsung Gear Sport

Hi I recently just became a Pro member to create watch faces with more customizable options but now I’m a little like. Am I paying for nothing? The BPM monitor isn’t working nor is the step counter. How do I get these to work on a Samsung Gear Sport watch? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Restarted my phone, restarted my Watch. Still nothing. I’d of expected the premium step counter to work especially being a paying customer.

@cjonesy9 I would make sure you have the most recent version of the app for your phone and watch and your watch is updated. Then I would make sure to check your settings for heart rate monitor on your watch. I have the same watch and have had to do some of that.

It sorted itself out in the end, I think it was a bug at the time.
