Hello facer community I would like to know how to create the red second hand on the watch face below thank you very much for your help

Here’s the one I made for a European train station style watchface. You can stick this into a graphics program and change it up as you need it.

how to create the red second hand on the watch face

1. download the image @mrantisocialguy provided
2. add any default second hand into the design.
3. click the plus sign in first of the styles row and pick the prepared image for the hand.
4. set the tint color to red
