How can i send watchface’s to my watch from the web

I have a
Asus zenwatch 2 and a iPhone 7

The Gear S3 guys have been having this issue, too.

Yes i have ser that but they have a Samsung as phone, i have a iPhone.

Idk of that make a diffrent?

And how can i login on the IOS app?

I had the same problem and fixed it by re-enable Push Notification in the app
