Server maybe down?

I seem to be unable to sync my watch that I created on the Creator premium. I am able to save my work, but not sync it to my watch.

Can anybody tell me what is wrong with facer?

Everything is working again, but much faster. So now I am very pleased.

That happens sometimes. I have all my watchface links on a webpage that I can access from my phone. I also have my phone set up to automatically open those links with the Facer phone app. That way when clicking sync on my computer doesn’t work, I can use the phone app to open the watchface in the Facer app and sync it from there. It also only works with the Chrome web browser app on Android phones, I’ve not been able to do that with the “internet” browser that is supplied by Samsung.

I’m able to sync my watch using Chrome, but not when using Edge???

Everything is going well now, maybe it was a glitch. Edge browser is also based on Chronium like Chrome from Google and it has always worked fine before.

I am speaking only on your phone. On the computer when Edge won’t work, neither will Chrome, Firefox nor Opera. It will only work on a cellphone, and I’ve only got it to work with the Chrome cellphone browser. I just tried my computer and it’s working right now.

Facer is working on fixing this. It would be helpful to send a support request that includes a link to the design that is not syncing.
