I believe I wrote your company last month about paying for your plan for $14.99 for one year. I got a new phone within 2 months and had my account switched over but it took a day or two before before $4.99 unlimited plan kicked in. And by the way it looks like I paid for it twice. My cellular device still says that I have the premium service for $14.99 but when I open it up it’s still showing me prices or saying premium on it. Can you assist me with this?
This is not the place to contact Facer about Premium plans. You have to contact @Facer_Official Support at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new . That is the only part of the company that deals with support issues. This forum is for making watchfaces using Facer Creator.
