I want to make a watch face for my family to use and it will contain my family photo, is there anyway to share the watch face to a limited group of people?

You can Publish it sync the watches then take it down quickly but it will be lost . So you must make a duplication before you Publish . That is what I do with the Faces I make for my wife . She does not want to share them . I make Sneaky copies and publish them any way . I will not tell her if you don’t .

You can save a Face without Publishing, and share the link for it 
I’ve done it here before when I didn’t have a Watch and I needed a Face testing before I could Publish it.
