Shows picture but nothing else

I have an S21 Ultra, I download facer and sometimes it only shows the background picture and no time, or anything else.

I have an S21 Ultra too and have no problems with it .
3 Questions:

  1. What watch do you have?
  2. Is on the list of supported watched? Link below:
  1. Is it the same on the watch manufacturers own faces on the watch?

If your watch is on the list and the manufacturers watchfaces are ok then you need to do as @mrantisocialguy suggests.
