How do I get a true silver color for hands and tick marks, and how can I get a blue-silver gradient for the background color? Thanks

You have two options. Make a gradient yourself using Photoshop or Illustrator or … Or purchase / download it, for example, on the following sites. There are many tutorials on how to make a beautiful gradient on the Internet.

If you’re using Photoshop or GIMP, it’s worth learning. It’s easy, gives you more control, and you don’t have to rely on what you can find online to copy paste. Also, it’s more fun. Here’s a good start:
