Since it “should” work, but many say they can’t switch between Metric and Imperial measurements on an Apple watch, I came up with my own solution. Apple 39 - 12/24 digital with day, date, step count, distance walked in miles and kilometers, weather conditions, temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius, humidity, UV index, rain chance, wind speed / direction and battery level.
