I wonder if they have done any kind of troubleshooting at all. Like just switch to another face and then back again…usually fixes dumb stuff like this.
Works on my Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, which of course uses WearOS 6.
Thought it was busted for a moment with the green line across the middle, like some weird drawing error, but I see it’s the battery indicator.
The only watch I have that is not WearOS 6 since my Galaxy 4 updated is this Fossil thing. First Fossil watch was nice an worked well, gave it to somebody. This one is absolutely terrible. Make you glad Fossil stopped making them.
It seems to me that some fonts can cause an issue on some watches, or that some characters do not display at all. I had one user say the font did not display correctly, whereas it works fine on my watch. He left it that… so I could not get to the bottom of it. I have had issues with that font before (DS-DIGIT, DS-DIGITB). Not going to use it anymore.
Working grand for me on my WOS6, galaxy watch 6. Even the weather icons are displayed in the correct place which is something that I’ve been seeing issues with.
Yes that is one of my main issues using the creator. Some of my fonts don’t display correctly. So I end up having to swap to one that does. Plus sometimes it takes so long to sync a face. I usually just end up creating in WFS. Then all my last imports look broken…not sure what Facer did to them… really frustrating.
There are several reasons why this could happen. If you do not have time to work with them one-on-one just ask them to make sure they are using the most updated version of Facer and to contact support.
