That’s a nice style, I like how you incorporated the weather. Also checked your other steampunk ones, i like #2 as well.
It’s a shame that the art is a bit blurry. The numbers could also “pop” out a little more. It’s hard to read (mainly 3, 4, 8). Maybe a stroke or darker shadow?
