I’ve had a user comment that my TS-150 watchface isn’t working properly on their LG Urbane 2nd Gen. They’ve stated the Steps and HR counter aren’t reporting properly and attached the following image. I double checked their facer app is up to date and they’ve stated it was downloaded just last night.
Hi Tim! Can you tell that user to contact us at facer-support@little-labs.com? A WearOS update from late January made steps require Google Fit login and some users are not seeing that prompt in some instances. We’ve resolved this on a case by case basis pretty easily with all users so far.
