I designed my own watch face and all of the features aside from the step count are working fine. The step count is stuck at 1000. My watch (Galaxy 5) is tracking my steps fine they just aren’t updating on the face. I have restarted both my phone and watch, have switched to another Facer watch and back to mine with no luck.

Yeah every other watch face I’ve tried has tracked/updated fine. I also double checked and my OS and apps are all up to date.
ok then theres something wrong with your code. post it in here or turn inspection on so we can look.

I also just noticed that it doesn’t look like BPM is tracking correctly either. The number keeps changing every second or so. (This is my first time making a watch face so I didn’t really know what I was doing.)

You’ve programmed it to always show 1000.
Change 1000 to #ZSC#.
Heart rate is OK, if it doesn’t work see if you have the latest version (update Facer app both on phone and watch).
Until today you had to give permissions to access sensors on watch, now I see permission manager is gone, it’s different now. Looks like permissions are given by default.

Welcome @kathaas . Well done making your work inspectable . You are half way there doing that means the Community can help you better . You have realised now that code encased in # # is a TAG and gives a Number . We have Loads of them .

Just as @masterboyhr stated, you had the incorrect TAG in the box for the Steps Count (1), you need to change it to #ZSC#, and just for future reference you can Untick the Fixed Width Box as well (2), so whatever Font or Size Text you use will always fit in ok

Thank you all for your help hahaha. That did the trick! I did go in and make sure that the app has permissions for everything so who knows what’s going on with the BPM maybe I just have a weird heart rate, but I’ll make sure all apps are updated just in case.
