Step count stopped working with new wearos update

Hi,

I use tide pro and the step count stopped working after the last wearos update

Every face I tried with facer fails to show step count

Have you first tried rebooting both phone and watch, and second made sure ALL permissions are turned on?

All permissions asked (health) allowed reset as well.

Nothing works for facer. All default faces work

That’s well strange, it all works fine for me, maybe @mrantisocialguy could assist :thinking:

You need to go into the watch itself. Go to settings> Apps> Permissions> Facer. Make absolutely sure that Location, Receive complication data and Sensors are all allowed. Those may have been switched off during either the Facer update or the WearOS update.
