My watch update a few days ago and the step counter stopped working. HELP PLEASE
Make sure location is enabled on your watch.
Go to Settings, apps, permissions, Facer, and enable everything.
Restart watch and phone.

If you have Samsung watch switch to any Samsung’s watchface then switch back to Facer.
Also, as thomasfmal said, check if you’ve allowed all permissions to Facer, both on watch and phone.
