After updating fossil gen 6, step counts are not showing in facer watch faces. I have enabled all permissions and restarted the watch.
However, step counts are showing correctly on default fossil watch faces.
This has become a common issue and Facer is aware of the issue. It would be good for you to document your problem with @Facer_Official by emailing Facer Support at: facer-support@little-labs.com They will want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having so they can investigate what might be going on.
