I have a Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition that is connected to my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. I’ve tried multiple different faces, Facer has every permission possible and I’ve restarted my watch about a dozen times right now, but steps and heartbeat refuse to show anything but 0. The standard watchfaces have no problem showing those stats accurately, so it’s not like Fit isn’t tracking them, the issue seems to be solely with Facer. Is there anyway to fix this or am I doomed to have watchfaces that thinks I’ve died in my sleep?
Facer is aware of the issue with the Fossil Gen 6 watches. I would suggest you contact Facer Support and document your issue with them by emailing them at: email@example.com They will want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having so they will know what is going on.
