Steps not displaying

Hi all, new to Facer. Great app but I have an issue with steps not being displayed on any watch face. It doesnt matter if if it a downloaded face or a face that I create meself.

The steps count is working because any of the other watch faces that either came with the watch I downloaded from the app store all display the step count. It just Facer which does not display the steps

The watch is a TicWatch Pro.

Any ideas anyone,

I just got my TicWatch Pro today. I am having the EXACT same problem. All other faces work fine. The Facer faces do not show the steps. I am also running on a Google Pixel 2XL. Hopefully someone can help fix this issue.
